Tuesday oct 17th- I almost got killed...
Week 1-Week4
Here is my training log. I am in this 6 months training program to get back in shape.
If I want to train, I better keep track of my performance. If you guys want to join me on my run, swim or bike ride, send me a message.
Week 1 - 9/10/07 ~Focus: Time Management, Learning about Recovery
-Monday: Run 7 miles! (1:02'03'' - 8.86 min/mi) Left Waterfront with Nike club
-Tuesday: Run 2.3 miles (28'02''- 12 min/mi) Hawt-Steel brg. loop with Lorena
Mood: My legs freaking hurt!
-Wednesday: Work out Abs, Chest, Biceps, Shoulders (40 min) 24 fitnss dtwn. Swim: 500 m. (40 min) 24 fitnss dtwn
Mood: my legs are killing me =(, I feel tired and impatient
-Thursday: Run 4 miles (36'11''- 9.25 miles/mi)left waterfront-School. Badminton: (1hr) PSU
Mood: Cool weather. Didn't get enough sleep.
-Friday, Saturday: I was so tired today I decided to rest
-Sunday: Bike 22.02 miles (1:32'49'', 14.23 mph) Home-PSU-Council Crest-Home with Bryan V
Mood: Misty weather. Nice ride
Run: 13.3 miles
Swim: 20 laps
Bike: 22.02 miles + 5 commuting days
Week 2 - 9/17/07 ~Focus: -Working the distance and endurance, go slow!
-Monday: Run 7 miles! (58'15'' - 8.29 min/mi) Springwater Corridor with Nike Club
Mood: My legs are tired. I am proud I did it ^^ I just received my swimming gears! Me Happy
-Tuesday: Work out Abs, Back, Triceps, Shoulders (40 min) 24 fitnss dtwn. Swim: 750 m. (60 min) 24 fitnss dtwn
Mood: Feel good and lazy
-Wednesday: Run 7 miles! (58'56'' - 8.43 min/mi) Springwater Corridor with Nike Club
Mood: I had a headache an hour prior to the race and was hungry =( My legs are a lot better than last week ^^
-Thursday: Spin class 60 min 24 hr fitn-Andre
Mood: my knee started to hurt a lil bit. put some ice and i am resting tomorrow.
-Friday, Saturday: Rest, I felt lazy on Saturday
-Sunday: Bike 31.03 miles (3:52'31'', 13.69amph, 38.21 mph max) Home-Hwth Brig-Mt Tabor-Rocky Butt-Power Butt-Home with ECT
Mood: Good weather, Knee started to hurt again... =(
Run: 14 miles
Swim: 30 laps
Bike: 31.03 miles + 4 commuting days
Week 3 - 9/24/07 ~Focus: -Working on the swimming part
-Monday: Run 7 miles! (1:02'00'' - 8.86 min/mi) Right Waterfront with Nike Club
Mood: Felt like crap the first 3.5 miles. I had a "rib stich" (point de cote). That's what you get for eating pizzas and a cup of water for lunch...
-Tuesday: Swim: 750 m. 24 fitnss mll 205
Mood: I really hate swimming =(
-Wednesday: Run 7 miles! (58'04'' - 8.29 min/mi) Springwater Corridor with Nike Club
Mood: I was a bit late-didn't have time to drink water... =( I felt pretty good and went pretty fast on the first 3.5 miles
-Thursday: Rested <-- so tired
-Friday: 4 hrs of badminton.
-Saturday: Swim: 550 m. 24 fitnss mll dtw
Mood: Was aiming for 1000m but they were shutting down the water of the showers
-Sunday: Hate myself for staying home instead of going swimming...
Run: 14 miles
Swim: 1300meters
Bike: 5 commuting days
Week 4 - 10/1/07 ~Focus: -Swim more
-Monday: Woke up at 5:30AM to go swimming. Swam 1000m biotch! (24hr fitnss dtwn) Run 5 miles... (43'19'' - 8.6 min/mi) twilligier
Mood: The run was horrible. It was cold, I was sick, tired, hungry, sleepy....
-Tuesday: Woke at 5:30AM to do my HWs ... biked from PSU to mall 205.
-Wednesday: Run 7 miles! (1:00'43''- 8.71 min/mi) Right waterfront with Nike Club
Mood: I am getting really tired and frustrated. I found it hard managing work, volunteering, training, reading and sleeping. I am glad I did 7 miles. I thought I was going at a faster pace on that run. I guess not... :(
-Thursday: Swim 1000 meters ~40min dtwn 24 fitness
Mood: Felt pretty good
-Friday: Badminton 3h
Mood: I need to get back in shape.
-Saturday: Bike 47.32 miles (3:05'21'', 15.32 amph, 30.39 mph max) Home-PSU-Sauvey Island-Home with PSU Cycling
Mood: Good weather, felt great... =)
-Sunday: Swim 25 laps! 1250 meters. Run 25 min. 24hrftss Mall 205
Run: 12 miles + 25min
Swim: 3250 meters
Bike: 47.32 miles+5 commuting days
