My Training Has Started Again

Day1/Monday:
RUN: 3 miles on spring water corridor with Nike Run Club (24 min)
SWIM: 30 min at 24 HR fitness. Breaststroke/Freestyle non stop.
Moo: Felt good. My feet are still recovering from Marathon blisters
