Portland Tri

Well, I have been working on and off, mostly focusing on cycling. The collegiate seasons starts this weekend, yeah that's right! I will be skipping 1 race for sure to go camping and hiking with the girlfriend.

I also started my 21 week triathlon training. Although I have already skipped 1 week and 1 session, I am determined to do it.

So, I will be trying to catch up by working out every day a little bit harder than I would usually.

Week 1,
Monday: running (5 miles, ~40min)
Tuesday: 1.5 hour spin class
Wednesday: Lazy
Thursday: 20 min running, 1hour spin class
Friday: I played some badminton
